1. What we collect
When you use Cliposts AI we collect the email address associated with your account, the videos and audio recordings you submit for processing, the transcripts and posts we generate from them, and basic usage telemetry (timestamps, plan, quota consumption). Payment details are handled by our third-party payment processor; full card numbers do not reach our systems.
2. How we use it
We use your information to operate the Service: to authenticate you, process the videos you upload, generate social posts, enforce plan limits, and bill subscriptions. We also use it to debug failures and to improve quality.
3. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of third-party processors to operate the Service, including providers for AI transcription and text generation, payment processing, and identity and access management. These providers only process the data we send them in order to deliver their respective parts of the Service and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
4. Retention
Uploaded videos, audio recordings, transcripts, and generated posts may be retained on our systems to operate, support, and improve the Service. Subscription and quota metadata is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see “Your rights” below).
5. Cookies
We use first-party cookies to remember your account identifier and the active subscription claim between visits. Third-party providers we rely on may set their own cookies in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
6. Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your account data at any time. Contact us via the link in the footer and we will respond within a reasonable period.
7. Children
Cliposts AI is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
