By accessing or using Cliposts AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Cliposts AI transcribes user-supplied video files and generates short-form social posts for platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and Facebook. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the right to use it.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to upload, generate, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on the cadence shown at checkout. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds, if any, are described in our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the videos you upload and the posts the Service generates from them. The Service itself, including its software, branding, and documentation, remains the property of Cliposts AI.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. Generated content is AI-produced and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing posts before publishing them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliposts AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
