How to turn one transcript into a week of LinkedIn posts

This page is a practical guide for founders, marketers, and creators who already have transcripts but do not know what to post next.

Guide for turning transcripts into LinkedIn posts

A simple 4-step method to turn one interview, webinar, call, or podcast transcript into multiple clear LinkedIn posts.

Quick example

Transcript line: "We got better results after reducing channels from five to two."

Post angle: "Why fewer channels can outperform posting everywhere."

  1. Find moments worth posting

Look for moments where someone changes a belief, answers a repeated objection, or shares a practical process. Do not summarize the whole transcript.

  2. Write one post per idea

Turn each moment into one clear post: myth vs reality, checklist, lesson, or mistake and fix. Keep each post focused on one decision.

  3. Make it safe and accurate

Remove names, private company details, and unsupported claims. Keep only what you can honestly stand behind.

  4. Format for each platform

For LinkedIn, include context and one practical takeaway. For X, keep one sharp point and one proof line. For Facebook, use conversational wording and examples.
